At Putnams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
